The demand for skilled clinical research professionals continues to grow.

This session describes the leading practices for gaining knowledge and core competencies (centered around the Joint Task Force for Clinical Trials Competency Framework) in clinical research, especially around developing early talent.  It will also present an interesting initiative to add hands-on clinical experience as part of graduate education.
